Large vellum sheet folded over like the cover of a book (34 cm. from top to bottom). On it is part of the Legenda aurea of Jacobus de Voragine, in Latin. One of the miracles of St Agnes is related on the recto of the first leaf. On the bottom of the "spine" section is written "Paris, Oudin Petit, 1562"
